By accepting the LIQUID PURPLE Affiliate or Partner Agreement, you agree not to promote your Affiliate or Partner website through any of the following prohibited means.
- Sending unsolicited commercial email ("spam") in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or other applicable laws.
- Posting off-topic or excessive advertisements, promotions, or content to social media platforms, forums, blogs, or other online groups, generating multiple complaints.
- Engaging in unsolicited messaging or promotions via social media, messaging apps, or other digital platforms in violation of their terms or applicable laws.
- Using LIQUID PURPLE services (e.g., email accounts, hosted URLs) to facilitate or channel prohibited activities through another provider.
- Falsifying user information, including email return addresses, headers, or other identifying data to mislead recipients.
LIQUID PURPLE, located at 34281 Doheny Park Rd. #7163, Capistrano Beach, CA 92624, USA, considers the above practices to constitute abuse of its services and an unfair burden on recipients, who may incur expenses or disruptions. These practices are prohibited by the terms and conditions of services offered by LIQUID PURPLE. Engaging in one or more of these practices may result in:
- Termination of the offender's account and/or access to services provided by LIQUID PURPLE.
- Blocking or dropping of messages that do not comply with applicable laws or LIQUID PURPLE policies.
- Reporting offender's actions to relevant authorities upon receipt of an appropriate subpoena or legal request.
- Disclosing offender's personal and public information to recipients of spam, as permitted by law.
- Forfeiture of any commissions due to you as a LIQUID PURPLE Affiliate or Partner.

This Anti-Spam Policy aligns with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR where applicable. LIQUID PURPLE will notify authorities of any actions taken regarding violations of this policy. LIQUID PURPLE reserves the right to implement any or all of the above actions as it deems appropriate at any time, without limitation, to uphold this Anti-Spam Policy. Failure to implement a specific action does not imply consent, condone wrongdoing by the offender, or limit future responses. Nothing in this policy shall be construed to limit the actions or remedies of LIQUID PURPLE concerning the prohibited activities.
